The owner and chef of downtown LA’s critically acclaimed Bäco Mercat and Bar Amá — is opening yet another space downtown next to four month-old Amá.
According to Eater, the restaurant will be called Orsa & Winston.
Little is known about the project, though it will follow Mercat’s small plate concept and serve up Italian fare with a predicted opening of summer/fall 2013 .
