He is the latest inductee into an organization that has honored the likes of Julia Child and Thomas Keller.
The 63-year-old Austrian-born chef has a variety of tony Los Angele establishments, including Spago, Wolfgang Puck at the Hotel Bel-Air and Cut at the Beverly Wilshire.
