Celebrity Spotting: Katherine Webb Relaxes at Encore Beach Club
Model/TV personality Katherine Webb enjoyed a respite from the pressures of ABC’s competitive celebrity diving show “Splash” by unwinding at Encore Beach Club and Andrea’s restaurant in Encore Las Vegas on Saturday.
Narrowly escaping elimination on last week’s nerve-racking show, Webb didn’t seem to have a worry in the world while partying with pals in a luxury bungalow. It didn’t take long for the carefree beauty to exit her private enclave to make her way down to the main pool where she frolicked with revelers and soaked up the hot pool party scene while floating on a lily pad couch. The former Miss Alabama USA (2012) wasn’t seen practicing any terrifying dives, as no diving is allowed in Encore Beach Club’s three tiered pools, but she still showed fine form (rocking a bikini) while sauntering across the posh dayclub.
For dinner, Webb hit Andrea’s, where she and her friends shared executive chef Joseph Elevado’s inspired Asian fare including Wagyu beef tataki, hamachi, bigeye tuna and crispy rice, king crab and fluke roll, dim sum, wok-fried broccoli, Wagyu beef and lobster and an ice cream cone tower for dessert. The spirited bunch finished off the night in the adjacent Surrender Nightclub where they took in a DJ set by EDM sensation Bassnectar.
