Two-time UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir was spotted at Club Tattoo inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort on Friday. Mir visited the shop to receive work on an Asian-themed full back piece by renowned Japanese artist Wakako.
