Haute Event: Travie McCoy of Gym Class Heroes Kicks off Spring Break at Pure Nightclub

Travie McCoy, lead vocalist of Gym Class Heroes, launched spring break with a live performance at Pure Nightclub inside Caesars Palace on Saturday night. The music sensation stole the show as he took over the venue’s iconic stage at 1:30 a.m. along with artists Ax and Tim Williams.

The night was kicked-off by Ax, who performed new single “Upstairs,” and was followed by the eclectic Tim Williams, who showcased his new club banger “Confess.”

Then McCoy emerged and sang “Bad By Myself” and continued with fan favorites “Stereo Heart,” “Cupid’s Hold” and chart-topping “Ass Back Home.” He concluded the show with multi-platinum single “Billionaire” but didn’t stop there and asked the crowd to sing the chorus back to him. The packed venue sang the words in unison as loudly as they could and left McCoy stunned and impressed. Smiling ear-to-ear, he put the mic down and applauded their reenactment.

After the performance, the laid-back singer returned to his VIP table and spent the rest of the evening drinking and dancing with his friends and fans.
