The hottest spring fashions trends are walking off the runway and right into Crystals. Here’s a look at five spring trends found at Crystals this season.
Just a Hint of Black
Eschewing the little black dress this season, designers are instead focusing on white pieces accentuated by black details. Elaborately designed accessories, such as animal-inspired pieces, can complement one’s look and personality. Turn heads with Emilio Pucci’s “Drago Menaudiere” evening bag, a stunning dragon-inspired clutch reminiscent of carved wood. To celebrate the Year of the Snake, Mikimoto offers a beautiful snake-inspired ring from its organic free-form Milano Collection. Van Cleef & Arpels’ vibrant “Moments de Chance” butterfly clip is set in white gold and encrusted with diamonds, yellow sapphires. red spinels, mandarin garnets, black spinels, and black onyx.
Stripes
Predicted to be one of the top fashion trends for 2013, stripes can be found in a variety of colors and styles across Crystals’ retailers. For an exotic approach, Paul Smith has an oblong scarf featuring green zebra print. Men can show their stripes by pairing Brunello Cucinelli’s “Maglia Riche Rugby Blu” striped cable-knit chine cotton sweater with a sporty cotton shirt.
Poolside Chic
Crystals’ retailers feature some of the top trends for bathing suit season this year, including ’80s Pop, Floral Prints and Retro Suits. ERES pays tribute to one-piece swimsuits of the 1980s with its colorful “Movie” bustier-shape swimsuit. Paul Smith’s black keyhole bikini turns the flowers of spring into a poolside fashion statement. ERES’ “Artifice” suit evokes a retro feel with high-waist bottoms and a contrasting twin-tone line in Peau Douce for an Olympian sporty chic look.

While a jewel is usually the star of an accessory, a piece’s links can steal the show. Paul Smith’s “Love You” bracelet is held together with gold colored letters, including a stunning burgundy enamel ‘O.’ From its recently updated Serpenti collection, BVLGARI features an incredible snake-inspired bracelet held together with links made of pink gold and grey mother of pearl with round brilliant cut diamonds.
