Christie’s Magnifcient Jewels Spring Collection Comes to LA Next Week

Christie’s America is bringing a slew of its high-end baubles to Los Angeles prior to their two-section auction in New York on April 16.

Highlights from the  Spring Magnificent Jewels sale will be on display via private appointment at Christie’s Beverly Hills on March 13 + 14.

The preview, drawn from multiple private collections, features 60-70 select pieces by top jewelry designers with a special emphasis on pieces by Harry Winston.

A few of the highlights include a rare diamond and emerald necklace by Winston, estimated at $800,000 -$1,200,000, a Van Cleef & Arpels, D-color pear-shaped diamond ring, a David Webb amethyst, emerald and diamond bangle bracelet and a circa 1945 diamond and multi-gem starfish brooch courtesy of Jean Schulmberger.
