SHe by Morton’s held its grand opening on Saturday night at Crystals. Actress Eva Longoria, a part-owner of the restaurant and nightclub, and Gabby Giffords, the former congresswoman from Arizona, were on hand for the night. Photographer Cassi Thomas shared her best photos from the night.
