
Michelin-starred Chefs Brings Their Skills To Aspen
Michelin-starred celebrity chefs Cyril Lignac and Mathieu Pacaud will make their debut at the Chefs Club by Food & Wine in March. The chefs, each visiting from Paris, will host intimate dinners at the restaurant inside the St. Regis, showcasing their award-winning French cuisine.
Lignac owns three restaurants in Paris: Le Quinzième, Le Chardenoux and Le Chardenoux des Prés. He was named “Chef of the Year” by GQ after receiving a Michelin star for Le Quinzième. He’ll come to Aspen with his culinary and pastry team for three nights, March 6, 8 and 9.
Pacaud owns Michelin-three-starred L’Ambroisie with his father Bernard. The restaurant focuses on classical, sophisticated and seasonal cooking. He’ll cook March 14 and 16 at the Chefs Club inside the St. Regis Aspen.

Chefs Club by Food & Wine is a concept restaurant inside the St. Regis, which showcases the country’s most promising chefs.
Both chefs will offer a 4-course menu for $150 per person. Complementary wine pairings will be offered at an additional cost.
