Savory bites, decadent desserts and scientific libations were the inspiration for the San Francisco preview party of Vegas Uncork’d, Bon’Apetit magazine’s annual “foodstravaganza”.
Over 150 influential members of media, San Francisco notables and enthusiastic foodies were invited to Hakkasan to experience a small tasting of what Vegas Uncork’d has to offer. The sparkling event offered delectable international cuisine with the theme Around the World on One Strip.
Pamela Drucker Mann, Publisher, and Adam Rapoport, Editor-in-Chief of Bon Appétit, hosted famed chefs and sommeliers from Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Mandalay Bay and MGM Grand, who gathered to present bites from England, Spain, Italy, Japan, France, Mexico and China.
The preview epicurean event was a sneak peek into the full Vegas Uncork’d weekend in Las Vegas, which runs from May 9 through May 12 at several resorts in Las Vegas. Guests can dine with the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Michael Mina and Bobby Flay, just to name a few. The four-day foodie event draws about 5,000 visitors and boosts the city’s economy by more than $6 million a year. Tickets are on sale now.
