Gucci, Roc Nation Throw the Hautest Pre-Grammy Parties in Tinseltown

What’s a massive awards ceremony without the prerequisite accompanying parties?

Gucci and Roc Nation threw the best pre-Grammys bash of 2013 by hosting a private brunch at Soho House West Hollywood with Nokia Music.

Guests including Jay-Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, Chris Brown, new Roc Nation recording artist Kylie Minogue, Solange Knowles, Akon, Timbaland, Kelly Rowland, MC Lyte, Diane Warren, Ellen Pompeo, Melanie Fiona, The Dream, Garcelle Beauvais, Miguel and Jill Scott nibbled on treats from the haute members only club and sipped on D’usse cognac cocktails.

Clive Davis also threw his annual pre-Grammy gala at The Beverly Hilton, just one year after the death of Whitney Houston.

Miley Cyrus, John Mayer, Katy Perry, Jennifer Hudson and Ryan Lochte were among those who turned up to celebrate honoree L.A. Reid.

Meanwhile, Justin Timberlake, Timbaland and Avicii performed at LA Live for the Grammy week platform launch of mPowering Action. Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Pharrell Williams and Estelle were among the attendees who were on hand at the Conga Room in conjunction with the United Nations Foundation.

Last but not least, Grammy Museum Executive Director Bob Santelli and Gucci Timepieces & Jewelry CEO Michele Sofisti hosted Grammy Award-winning artist John Legend for a private musical event to kick off Gucci Timepieces & Jewelry’s support of the Grammy Camp program and the launch of the new Gucci Grammy Interlocking watch.

Guests were treated to an intimate interview with John Legend followed by an unplugged performance. The singer, meanwhile, was treated to an I-Gucci watch, which features 206 diamonds.
