Mirko Paderno knows his food. The Executive Chef at Oliverio restaurant, located inside Beverly Hills’ Avalon Hotel, was born and bred in Milan (the home of haute cuisine) and formerly worked at the Four Seasons Milan, Primi, Valentino and Cecconi’s. He  currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and 7-year-old daughter, Karolina. Always staying true to his upbringing, he speaks fluent Italian at home. Here are a look at Mirko’s favorite spots in the City of Angels.
