Carolina Herrera at Fashion Week: Soft Satin and Feminine Fur

News | February 12, 2013

_HER0308.450x675Carolina Herrera draped the runway in soft satin and feminine fur with her luxurious 1940s inspired Fall Winter 2013 show. Her adorable grandchildren excitedly sat front row, as did a number of editors including: Stefano Tonchi, Anna Wintour and Grace Coddington.

Karlie Kloss, straight from the Grammy’s opened the show and was followed by other supermodel favorites: Cara Delevinge, Jourdan Dunn and Hilary Rhoda to name a few. Their hair was center parted with French braid rolls adorning opposites sites of their faces and a candy apple lip.

Slim silhouettes in rich shades of espresso, caramel, emerald green and burgundies sauntered down the aisles in monochromatic shaded tweed coats, two-piece sets and printed silk layer pleated dresses.
