The Official Debut of The James Royal Palm on South Beach

With popular locations in cities such as Chicago and New York, The James Royal Palm has finally made its mark onto Miami territory. As the most anticipated hotel to open in Miami Beach this year, the hotel made its official debut last week. The debut was marked by the unveiling of the new street-side sign on Collins Avenue, signifying the arrival, while reimaging the landmarked Art Deco hotel. The ceremony took place on The Lawn, the front-facing outdoor social space, unique to The James Royal Palm, and was followed by champagne and cocktail fete with food and drinks by Florida Cookery. Guests such as Vice Mayor Michael Gongora and other respected individuals such as Lisa Zandee, Senior President of Brand Management for Denihan Hospitality and original founder of The James brand; all were invited into the newly renovated space that reflected the historic property’s glorious past as a South Beach.
