Dori’s World: The DVF and Evian Luncheon in Miami
Diane von Furstenberg held the most amazing luncheon with Evian and it was such a beautiful day. Lunch was served both inside the Soho House and inside a tent. There were huge lobsters, steak, chicken, and it was such an elegant BBQ. Everyone was dressed in DVF. Guests in attendance included Andre Balazs, Chelsea Handler, Ali Kay, Alex von Furstenberg, Genevieve Jones, Hamish Bowles, Derek Blasberg, Hilary Rhoda, Emily Smith, Lily Kwong, Nicky & Paris Hilton, River Viperi, Russell Simmons, Ben Pundole, Lorenzo Martone, Waris Ahluwalia, Johan Lindeberg along with Peter & Harry Brant, Mia Moretti and Caitlin Moe who enjoyed music by DJ Chelsea Leyland.
The evian 2013 limited edition bottle designed by Diane von Furstenberg reflects a playful celebration of life and features a nod to the designer’s iconic mantras with “Water is Life is Love is Life is Water is…” gracefully etched in the bottle with custom ink. von Furstenberg is the first American and female designer to be appointed for evian’s annual limited edition bottle design collaboration. The iconic fashion designer drew inspiration from her relationship with evian water and her own love of life, which resulted in the unique design for the glass bottle.
