Displaced downtown fashion types braved nosebleeds and traversed 14th Street in the wake of Sandy, infiltrating bastions of Upper East Side civility like The Mark and The Carlyle. Anna Wintour and Carine Roitfeld presumably put aside any Vogue-related feuds real or imagined and both camped out at The Mark. They were joined there by Marc Jacobs, Helena Christensen and Emma Stone.
