Hotelier Andre Balazs has reportedly rekindled his on-again, off-again romance with comedienne Chelsea Handler. The pair was spotted getting very cozy at several Los Angeles haunts last week, suggesting they’d revived a romance for the second time in a year. The iconic Chateau Marmont, which Balazs owns, was just one of the venues where he and the foulmouthed Handler were seen kissing and snuggling.
