On Saturday, October 27, the W South Beach played host to one of the most well-attended events to kick-off the season in Miami. For the second installment of the Juice Foundation’s Fashion for a Cause event, Miami HEAT superstars LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, James Jones, Ray Allen and Udonis Haslem stepped out to support the organization founded by teammate Juwan Howard and his exquisite wife, Jenine. All proceeds from the event benefitted the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Participating sponsors included Bunnie Cakes, Vita Coco, Coffee Break, Metro Mint, JugoFresh, and more, with JugoFresh creating a special haute chocolate concoction for yours truly.
The children’s event included a runway show styled by Oxygene boutique with special guest models including patients from the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and the children of Miami HEAT players. The show was followed by a highly-anticipated musical performance by Mindless Behavior.
