Embassy’s Kitchen 45 Reveals its Limited-Edition Truffle-Inspired Menu

It’s still truffle season. This means that you should take advantage of as many funghi variations that you can get your hands on. Embassy’s Kitchen 45 is offering a new dining promotion that is sure to delight truffle fans throughout the UAE. The limited-edition menu features a variety of signature truffle creations available from the 3 to 14 December.

During this period, those who order the truffle set-menu with one bottle of Gaja wine will automatically be entered into a raffle on 14 December, to either win an all expenses trip to the city of origin for white truffles: Alba, Italy for an Italian wine tour, or a trip to London, both courtesy of Grosvenor House Dubai.

This special menu features starters of Tagliolini, alongside a juicy king scallop with grated white alba truffle, followed by a main course of tender grilled venison loin with a rich pan fried foie gras topping which is served with crispy polenta, braised shallot and truffle perigord sauce.  Topping off this decadent meal for dessert is strawberries with orange, wine & hibiscus jelly, served with yoghurt sorbet and truffle honey.

The new dishes come just in time for the holiday season and are rooted in the French-Mediterranean style that Kitchen 45 is celebrated for and allow diners to indulge against the backdrop of an unrivaled view of Dubai Marina.
