From October 20 through November 17, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings have become much more interesting as SAAM, the chef’s tasting room at The Bazaar, kicks off its 15-course Truffle Dinner Series at $275 per person and $100 extra for wine pairing, resys required. Imagine an evening filled with delectable entrees such as pumpkin meringue sandwich with white truffles and white truffle cotton candy; Mushroom Risotto with black truffles and much more. Not to mention superb drinks will be served like Down-To-Earth with Mezcal Del Maguey, fresh lime, cynar and orange on an agave-black truffle bed.
