Frank Gehry has teamed up with former art dealer David Mirvish to reimagine the downtown entertainment district of Toronto. The 83-year-old's renovation plans include three 80- to 85-story residential towers with shops at street level.

Frank Gehry has teamed up with former art dealer David Mirvish to reimagine the downtown entertainment district of Toronto.
The 83-year-old’s renovation plans include three 80- to 85-story residential towers with shops at street level.
The complex will feature a 60,000-square-foot museum that will showcase Mirvish’s extensive art collection including pieces by Frank Stella, David Smith, Morris Louis and Helen Frankenthaler.
