Update: Cipriani 42nd Street Will Celebrate Halloween With Heavy Hitting D.J. Marco Carola

[UPDATE: Due to Hurricane Sandy, this event has been moved from Cipriani Wall Street, which is without power, to Cipriani 42nd Street]

It’s not often that a globally recognized ambassador of no-nonsense techno spins near the New York Stock Exchange, but that’s exactly what will happen when Marco Carola D.J.s the Halloween night party at Cipriani Wall Street. The Neapolitan who helped bring steely techno to Italy and rode a wave of popularity across imprints including Question and Berlin’s towering (and divisively minimalist) M-nus is taking over the ballroom at 55 Wall for the haunted night.

Carola’s punishing touring schedule has already brought him to New York three times in the past year, but the Cipriani gig will be the first where you can take in the action from a $7,000 VIP table for 12 including a $4,000 menu credit for spirits and Champagne.

Tickets will be available next week. Costumes are required.
