Sharp and Geometric: Moschino Spring/Summer 2013 Collection
Moschino’s Spring/Summer 2013 Collection at Milan Fashion Week showcased bold geometric shapes and stripes returning to the sharp lines of the Sixties.
Skirts and pants with contrasting trim make the collection staunchly geometric. Inlaid two-tone stripes and fabrics, moving from fuller, rounder ones to those that envelop the figure are found in these designs all of which include Sangallo patchwork, recalling the nonchalance of Italian summers.
Special attention has been dedicated to the accessories in the form of oversize helmet hats and mosaic mirror shifts providing contrast to the bold contours of each garment. These are strong, fresh, vibrant and sophisticated ensembles with which to step right into Spring and Summer.
