Mary-Louise Parker Reportedly Lists Village Co-Op For $7 Million
The indie actress and downtown staple jumps into the real estate fray.
Actress Mary-Louise Parker has reportedly put her Greenwich Village duplex on the market for $7 million. The Weeds star’s 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath co-op just off Washington Square Park has a double living room, two fireplaces, postcard-ready views of the midtown skyline and a child’s bedroom ready for Halloween. The unit at 32 Washington Square West initially went on the market in March with an $8 million pricetag.
