W South Beach Celebrates $300 Million in Residential Sales
The W South Beach’s three-year anniversary called for a weeklong celebration, especially since residential sales hit an unprecedented $300 million mark. To celebrate the occasion, the property’s developer David Edelstein hosted a private cocktail reception at the W’s Living Room Bar. The event included a special awards ceremony where Edelstein, along with The Residences’ Director of Sales Katy Stoka, recognized top producing brokers and awarded them with gifts ranging from personalized Hublot watches, custom iPads and bottles of Dom Pérignon Luminous. Honorees included William Pierce, Daniel Tzinker, Lea Green, Monica Harvey, Eloy Carmenate, Alan Araujo, David Pulley, Elizabeth Bernal, Gary Waechter and Tom Belcher. Together, these individuals were responsible for some $75 million in sales.
