Haute 100 NY Update: Georgina Chapman Dips Into Film Directing
Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman is trying her hand at the movie business and will direct a short film for Project Imaginat10n, the first “photography-inspired” film festival. Chapman might want to prepare for some constructive, voluble criticism from her notoriously opinionated husband Harvey Weinstein, the producer behind seminal indie film (and Oscar) factory Miramax and, now, The Weinstein Company.
