Haute 100 LA Update: Sylvester Stallone Loses Another Family Member Two Months After Death of Son
Just two months after the death of his son, tragedy has struck Sylvester Stallone yet again.
The Expendables 2 star’s half sister, Toni Ann Filiti, passed away on August 26 at the age of 48 after a long battle with lung cancer.
Filiti’s death came just six weeks after the action star’s son, Sage Moonblood, was found lifeless in his LA home.
