British Luxury Brand L.K. Bennett Open First Store in Abu Dhabi at the Marina Mall
British accessible luxury brand L.K.Bennett has opened its first store in Abu Dhabi at the Marina Mall. Spread over 1,864 square feet, the store is the brand’s third in the region and part of its larger expansion plans for the UAE and Kuwait markets.
Founded in 1990, L.K.Bennett is an accessible luxury brand that has since established itself as a leading British fashion house. Offering sophisticated collections of shoes, handbags, clothing and accessories to meet the lifestyle of every woman, the brand was originally renowned for its signature shoe styles and then began to introduce ready-to-wear collections in 1998 becoming the ultimate destination for stylish women, royalty and celebrities alike.
July 2008 saw an important step in L.K.Bennett’s expansion as Robert Bensoussan, co-founder of Sirius Equity, together with Phoenix Equity Partners, invested in the brand as majority shareholders. Their dedicated vision to evolve the brand into a design-driven label with a luxury twist has led to today’s retail presence of almost 150 standalone stores and concessions across the UK, USA, Europe, Middle East and on-line. The distinctive aesthetic of the collections stands alongside an established in-house design team creating looks that appeal to L.K.Bennett’s expanding and international customer – emphasizing a modern blend of femininity, color and style with collections offering a wardrobe for any occasion. The L.K.Bennett brand is being exclusively distributed in the UAE by the Jashanmal Group.
