Bette Davis’ Beverly Grove Mansion Marked Up $3.699M

Bette Davis’ party house in Beverly Grove has been on and off the market for years, since 2009 when the home was on the market for $2.699 million, a price cut from $3.299 million. However, the much talked about Orlando Ave residence was purchased for $2.3 million that same year in August. The 1925 property once owned by decorator Charles Pollack, a close friend of Bette Davis and Mae West features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a guest house, a dining room, an atrium, a pool, a courtyard, a complete reno, equipped with appliances, textiles, AV equipment, stone, vintage fixtures and a wet bar, all in 12,250 square-ft. Now, the infamous party house is back on the market with an asking price of $3.699 million.
