NYC Socialite Byrdie Bell Moves to LA to Kickstart Acting Career
Byrdie Bell has said bye bye to the whirl of Manhattan and has moved to Los Angeles to become an actress.
The socialite and model has lived in London, Chicago and New York City before moving to Hollywood, but says she couldn’t be happier with her decision.
She told Racked LA: “New York will always be my spiritual home. From age thirteen on this city raised me and shaped who I am today. LA is awesome. Obviously the weather is a bonus but I’m obsessed with how warm, open and friendly the people are in such a big city.”
Bell plans on making the segue from modeling to acting, and admits that she’s had success thus far. “I always knew I’d end up in Los Angeles,” she said. “I have wonderful new representation and am being sent exciting scripts almost every day.”
