Newgard Development Group's BrickellHouse Breaks Ground
In case you haven’t picked up the latest issue of Haute Living Miami (but I’m sure you have) we recently sat down with developer Harvey Hernandez of Newgard Development Group to talk about his newest project, BrickellHouse. And while the details of our conversation have been reserved for my pages in print, we’re happy to announce that BrickellHouse officially broke ground on Wednesday, July 18th.
Notable Miami officials, real estate professionals and power players took to the BrickellHouse site, located at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive, to celebrate the occasion. The 46-story tower is scheduled to be completed by 2014, and is expected to redefine the landscape of Brickell altogether.
