Well-known builder Mohamed Hadid has been notorious for building some of the most luxurious megamansions as well as selling them at full price. So it was no surprise that after his $50 million sell of Bel Air’s La Belvedere that included a movie theater, Turkish bath and ballroom, that Hadid would be mastering another possible project in the near future.
