Avilon is Moscow has been authorized as the second Rolls Royce dealership in Russia’s capital. The manufacturer sold 3,538 cars worldwide in 2011, which is a 30 percent increase from 2010. Its latest figures, revealed last month, beat out the Rolls Royce’s previous record year, which was 3.347 in 1978.
The successful year comes is evidence to the British car industry’s promise. The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders showed that car production rose 42 percent in May to 141,146, the highest its been since 2004.
