Is Michael C. Hall about to make a killing in the real estate market? The Dexter star has listed his home, which was not only designed but also actually lived in by renowned architect Hal Levitt, for $1.995 million.
The home, in Outpost Estates, was built in 1933 and was remodeled by Levitt himself – who resided there for decades – in 1964. The Beverly Hills mansion currently has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a dining room, patio, pool and gym.
Levitt is a mid-century architect who has designed abodes for the likes of Jennifer Aniston and Vidal Sassoon.
