Terraplane Sun hit the stage with a performance at BLVD Social Club — Thursdays Live at the Boulevard Pool at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Thursday night. The audience grooved to tracks such as “Funnel of Love,” a cover from Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Wanda Jackson, and “Ya Never Know,” the first single off the band’s upcoming EP. Fan favorite “Get Me Golden,” has been featured in major films such as “21 Jump Street” and “What To Expect When You’re Expecting,” as well as a national ad campaign for Citibank. The California-originated group is composed of Johnny Zambetti (lead guitar and mandolin), Lyle Riddle (drums), Gabe Feenberg (piano, accordion and trombone), Cecil Campanaro (bass) and Ben Rothbard (vocals, harmonica and guitar).
Next up at BLVD Social Club — Thursdays Live is B.J. the Chicago Kid on Thursday, July 5, and Band of Heathens on Thursday, July 12.
