Donald Trump “believes in second chances” and accordingly has given Miss Pennsylvania a 24-hour window to retract her statement that Trump’s Miss USA pageant is rigged before slapping her with a lawsuit. Sheena Monnin is the former Miss PA who turned in her crown last week and dissed the beauty contest, saying it was “”fraudulent, lacking in morals, inconsistent and in many ways trashy.”
