The $40,000 a plate supper, to be held at actress Sarah Jessica Parker’s West Village townhouse, will draw 50 guests including Bravo exec Andy Cohen, Meryl Streep and fashion world luminaries Vera Wang, Michael Kors and Kenneth Cole.
