Dori’s World: Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation’s Inaugural London Fete

After 16 years and $20 million dollars raised in America, Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation threw its first London fundraiser at the  immense Battersea Power Station on Thursday, June 7. The event on the South Bank supported a foundation whose namesake Gabrielle Rich died at 27 from acute leukemia in 1996 and is determined to eradicate the disease. Denise Rich, Gabrielle’s mother, hosted the affair and guests including Tamara Ecclestone, Caprice Bourett and Heather Kerzner. Gordon Ramsey provided the food, Veuve Clicquot the champagne, and The Noisettes and D.J. Cassidy the music.
