Beverly Hills Home Owned by Betty Grable & Diane Keaton Listed for $18.495 Million

The lavish house designed and built in 1926 by Pickfair architect Wallace Neff on North Roxbury Drive is officially on the market with an asking price of $18.495 million. After being built, the Beverly Hills home has had its share of celebrity owners such as Betty Grable and husband/legendary trumpeter Harry James, Diane Keaton, possibly the founder of Columbia Pictures Harry Cohn but no evidence has surfaced and that’s not all, according to the LA Times, the iconic superstar Madonna.
The Beverly Hills digs has also been featured in Architectural Digest, making the luxury home a very lucrative property, with seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, formal gardens, a swimmer’s pool and two guesthouses all on .6 acres. In 2008 the current owner purchased the home for $16 million, however now the home is listed for $18.495 million.
