Haute Event: Tia Carrere Dons Kate Middleton’s Royal Asscher Tiara at the Pop-Up Store

Actress and reality star Tia Carrere stopped by the Royal Asscher pop-up store at the Shoppes at the Palazzo over the weekend. Carrere, who stars in “Dancing With The Stars: Live” at the Tropicana Las Vegas, posed for photos wearing the 120-carat diamond tiara that was specifically designed for Kate Middleton’s wedding.

Jeweler Royal Asscher specializes in fine and jewelry and is known for cutting the world’s largest diamond weighing more than 3,105 total carats. Royal Asscher has not only created custom pieces for international royalty, but has also been worn by multiple celebrities such as Kate Bosworth, Carrie Underwood, Megan Fox and Sofia Vergara.

Earlier this week, “Peepshow” star Holly Madison got a visit from Royal Asscher representatives and received a white ceramic ring containing floating diamond brilliants. Tia Carrere also received a black ceramic floating brilliants ring with rose gold accents along with a rose gold ring that she purchased from Royal Asscher’s Stars of Africa collection.
