Swire Properties Unveils Opus Hong Kong

Swire Properties, along with one of the world’s most influential architects, Frank Gehry have just completed a 12-storey, using 6,000 sq ft of space called Opus Hong Kong. The building is very dynamic from most other buildings with more curvier and spiral structure, definitely making the apartment building less tradition, not to mention: 10 apartments and two double-level garden apartments.

After 60 years of being owned by the Swire Group, Opus Hong Kong is located on Stubbs Road, perfectly placed on a hill, where tenants can feast their eyes on a breath-taking view of Hong Kong Island.

Here’s what Frank Gehry had to say about the newly developed building, “With its remarkable views and lush green hillside, OPUS HONG KONG’s extraordinary location offered us the opportunity to create something unique, something that is unlikely to be replicated anywhere again.”
