Haute 100 lister Emilio Estefan’s production of yesterday’s grand opening of the Marlins Park was nothing short of spectacular. The event began with the roof of the park sliding open to reveal a gorgeous blue sky as a near full moon began to appear while starting pitcher Josh Johnson threw the first official pitch of the season to St. Louis Cardinals shortstop Rafael Furcal.
