Seventeen-time Grammy award winning artist Tony Bennett played host to a two-part event in Miami, raising nearly half a million dollars for several charitable organizations dedicated to the arts and tennis.
The Tony Bennett All-Star Tournament took place at The Ritz Carlton on Key Biscayne and featured top tennis players including Novak Djokovic, Kim Clijsters, Bob and Mike Bryan, Caroline Wozniacki, Ana Ivanovic, Mardy Fish and Ryan Harrison. Renowned Latin sensation Alejandro Sanz also took part in the event.
Following the tournament, some 400 guests stepped out on Monday for Bennett’s Benefit Gala at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, where Bennett and Sanz took to the stage to entertain the crowd with a powerful duet. Sean Wolfington, notable Miami businessman and philanthropist, was honored at the gala for his support of Exploring the Arts and Team Bryan.
