Randolph Duke Makes a Comeback in Palm Beach
Back in the 1990s, Duke was blazing the trail in fashion from being one of Seventh Avenue’s stars to making his label so successful, along with overseeing the Halston collection. With so many accomplishments within the fashion scene, the designer decided to move to L.A. in order to broadening his stylish appeal to the elite by making several appearances on HSN, sharing elegant red carpet ensembles for Hollywood stars.
For years Duke has been well-known in Palm Beach for being a socialite at many events, but it’s no wonder why Duke chose Palm Beach as a relaunching site. The designer showed off his new collection of evening gowns and sportswear at the Richard David Kann Melanoma Foundation. Duke has confirmed that his plans of releasing the sportswear collection at retail stores in the near future. Soon, we can look forward to t-shirts, swimsuits, shirtdresses and much more to come. This special gala was a Sunsational luncheon benefit at The Breakers and by the looks of things the designer hasn’t lost his touch, so only time will tell when Duke’s creations are on the runways near you.
