Chronoswiss, based in Munich, has been bought by Swiss entrepreneur Oliver Ebstein and his wife Eva Maria.
New to the watch industry, they have said that Chronoswiss will be owned by them privately, opposed to being ran through their investment company Meru AG. Wanting to continue in the tradition of using high-quality mechanical components, they are looking forward to working with all the employees to continue the success of Chronoswiss.
