Haute Event: Tabitha Stevens Celebrates Her Birthday at Posh

Adult film star Tabitha Stevens celebrated her birthday with an all-out bash at Crazy Horse III Gentlemen’s Club and Posh Boutique Nightclub last night.

The voluptuous beauty was surrounded by family and friends as she was presented with a three-tier Moulin Rouge-themed birthday cake. Stevens and her party posse sipped on Three Olives Cake cocktails throughout the night and danced all night in their plush VIP booth.

The video vixen was sporting a custom-made rhinestone bra with embellished denim and sky-high stilettos.
