Bierbeisl, chef Bernhad Mairinger’s ode to Austria located where Bottega Marino once stood on Little Santa Monia, opens Feb. 27 to a seasonally changing menu offering new dishes like vanilla-infused goat cheese gratinee, veal gulash with spatzel, and chanterelle ragout over bread dumplings.
