A high-tech penthouse located in west Moscow with a view of the park is the priciest pad to rent in the city at $25,000 a month, according to Penny Lane Realty. It has five bedrooms and was previously being rented out by a foreign company for its top manager.
The second most expensive real estate to rent in the city comes from a seven-bedroom flat in the heart of Moscow on Ostozhenka Street at $20,000 a month. The street was nicknamed “The Golden Mile” due to its high-priced property inhabitants.
