Jason Tilmann Joins Triomphe Restaurant as Executive Chef
Located amid the hustle and bustle of midtown New York, is Triompe restaurant at the luxurious Iroquois Hotel. Newly appointed Executive Chef, Jason Tilmann has breathed new life into the menu without losing the restaurants elegant flaire.
Triomphe has been hailed as one of New York Times’ Best Restaurants and it’s easy to see why with a menu that does not disappoint for even the most discerning french palette. I had the pleasure of having dinner at Triomphe where my night began with a glass of wine selected by waiter. From crab cakes on a bed of slow cooked beluga lentils, to scallops in a porcini mushroom and foie gras butter sauce to braised short ribs that are so divine you will be asking the chef for more! If you are seeking an elegant and chic place to host a business lunch or an intimate for dinner for two head on over to Triomphe at 49 West 44th Street.
While Triomphe stays true to it’s classic French roots, Jason chooses all of his dishes ingrediants based on season, availability and freshness. You taste this level of quality in each and every dish.
