Haute Event: Susan G Komen’s “The Perfect Pink Party”
On Saturday, January 14, Susan G Komen will host its second annual gala, the Perfect Pink Party, at Mar-a-Lago. The evening will feature dinner, entertainment and auction in support of Komen’s critical breast cancer research focused on reducing the mortality rate within the next ten years. A quarter of the funds raised support those in the South Florida area.
Celebrity Correspondent Michael Yo of E News! will host the ceremony.
Last year’s inaugural event featured over 300 of Palm Beach’s most influential people in business and philanthropy, including Donald Trump and David Rubenstein, and raised $850,000.
Florida Governor Rick Scott and Senator Bill Nelson, along with hundreds of Southern Florida’s top philanthropists and business people, will also be in attendance.
